We do our very best to get you your parcel as fast as we can.
If you live in a main city we will be able to deliver to your door within 5 – 7 working days.
Most JHB and Pretoria areas take only 2-4 days.
Once we have sent your parcel we will email you confirmation along with the courier details and tracking number.
If you live in an outlying area or on a farm – you will need to pay an extra R60 courier fee to outlying area.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
For a refund:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 7 days along with completed Return/Exchange form to:

A refund will be done via EFT, so please provide banking details along with your order number on the ‘Return/Exchange form’ when you return the goods.
INSTANT CREDIT ON RETURNS:
PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS are done via EFT once good returned are checked & approved for refund. Please allow 2 weeks for a refund payment.
If you are wanting to return and item and want instant credit – we do offer a credit voucher option instead of EFT which is INSTANT. Simply mail us your return form and select Credit Voucher. Will mail you the voucher code for your credit so you can shop again without delay.
For an exchange:
If you are wanting to change a size or exchange your garment, please either:
- Email us promptly a copy of the Return/Exchange form (please include your order number).
- Select the ‘Request a Return / Exchange’ option when logged into your profile, whilst viewing your order on our website and complete the form.
The forms will let us know what you are wanting to exchange so we can keep the item/size aside for you. If we are out of stock on your preferred exchange size, you can give us an alterntive choice or we can refund your or provide a credit voucher.
1. RETURNING THE ITEM YOURSELF.
Please return the item/s along with completed Return/Exchange form to: GETTHIS, 2 GRANLEIGH CRESCENT, DURBAN NORTH, KZN, 4051
Once we have received your returned item/s we will then process the exchange or refund.
Please note: Pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
2. COLLECTION SERVICE:
We offer a collection service where we can send a courier to collect the item/s from you. There is a charge of R90 for this service from most areas. If your area is classed as a ‘Outlying area’ there will be an addition R60 required to cover costs.
Refund option: If you would like use our collection service – we will deduct R90 off your refund to cover the courier collection.
Exchange option: If you would like an exchange for something else we do ask that you EFT the R90 (and the difference is exchanging item is more expensive) to:
